Add your Events & Announcements to this Public Calistoga Calendar

1. Sign in to your on Gmail or Google Apps Acct at: Google Calendar
2. In the sidebar under My Calendars, Click on Create to make a new Public Calendar for your Events & Announcements.

3. Notify ps@Calistogan.com about your new Public Calendar’s name & it will be added to this website at Calistoga Calendar.

Next, Locate your Calendar Settings & confirm the following:
Calendar Details tab make sure you have set the Calendar Name, Description (1-3 sentances, keyword rich), Location is Calistoga, CA, Calendar Time Zone is set to GMT-08:00

Click the Share this calendar tabto set your new Public calendar to these settings:

In the Share with specific people you can Enter email address: Peter Stetson <ps@Calistogan.com> to have me add your Public Calendar to the Public Calistoga Calendar that will be shared with Google’s Search Engines.

Anytime you add your Events & Announcements in your own Public Calendar it will automatically be fed into the Public Calistoga Calendar.

Anytime you want to be removed from the Public Calistoga Calendar, simply remove my email address from your Share with specific people list.

Import/Export method

Go to your Calendar Settings : Calendar tab. Locate the Import calendar & Export calendars links. Download to your Desktop & unZip the Exported Calendars .zip file. Find the Public Calendar that you want to share (the file you will attach to an email) with Calistoga Calendar or a friend. Go to your Email, Compose an email & attach the particular .ics Calendar to be sent to your recipient.

To Submit an Exported Calendar of your Events & Announcements send the specific .isc file as an attachment to: Peter Stetson <ps@Calistogan.com>
